Book a free discovery call

You've planned everything.

The birth plan is done. The nursery is ready. You've read every book and saved every reel about what to expect in those first few weeks.

But here's what most pregnancy preparation doesn't cover: what happens to you. Your recovery. Your nourishment. Your nervous system adjusting to something your body has never done before.

The exhaustion goes bone-deep. The identity shift is real and disorienting. And the world around you has already moved on, asking how the baby is sleeping before it thinks to ask how you're doing.
That's what this is for.

Except this.

What six weeks of support

actually looks like

1.

Nourishing meals prepared in your kitchen — warm, whole-food recipes designed for postpartum recovery, made while you rest

2.

Nervous system regulation — gentle yoga, breathwork, and grounding practices rooted in polyvagal science, not spirituality

4.

Feeding support — practical, non-judgmental guidance whether you're breastfeeding, formula feeding, or combination feeding

5.

Emotional presence — space to process your birth, your identity shift, and everything you haven't said out loud yet

Each visit is adapted to what you need on that day, in that moment. There's no rigid programme. But consistently, here's what you can expect:

3.

Light practical support — a load of laundry, a cleared bench, the kind of help that makes a real difference when you're tired

6.

Postpartum planning before baby arrives — so the first visit is purposeful from day one

You were never meant to do this alone.

Everything that's included:

Free 15-minute discovery call — phone or video

This is for you if:

You're someone who plans things properly. You've done the research, you've asked the questions, and you know that the weeks after birth are going to matter more than anyone is telling you.

You don't want to white-knuckle your way through the fourth trimester on casseroles from well-meaning relatives and three hours of sleep. You want real, consistent, expert support, from someone who actually knows what postpartum recovery requires.

You know that investing in that now is the most sensible thing you could possibly do.
