The Ritual of Nourishment is a digital mini cookbook created to help you feel held and nourished in the fourth trimester. Inside, you’ll find 22 simple, easy-to-make recipes designed specifically for postpartum — each one warming, grounding, and deeply nourishing. This takes place while you’re still pregnant—whenever feels best for you. We can meet in your home or chat over the phone. If we meet in person, you’ll receive your welcome basket then; if not, Shanna will bring it along on your first visit after baby arrives.
Once your baby is here, we’ll lock in your six consecutive weeks of support. These can be on the same day each week or vary to suit your needs and availability.
