Our 6-Week In-Home Postpartum Support is the holy grail of care in those tender early weeks. Think of it as having your own private chef, a calm extra set of hands, and a gentle guide to help you weave nourishing meals and grounding rituals into your days.

Together, we’ll make this sacred season one where you feel deeply held, well-fed, and free to focus on what matters most — resting, healing, and bonding with your baby.

Please note: I am currently preparing for the arrival of my second baby and will be on maternity leave throughout 2026. During this time, bookings for my in-home 6-week postpartum support service are on hold.

What is a postpartum  doula? 

A postnatal doula is here to care for you — with nourishment, rest, and real support while you recover from birth and settle into life with your baby. For generations, mothers were held by a village. I’m here to help rebuild that — one warm meal, one load of laundry, one gentle moment at a time.

Every mother’s needs are different — but my focus is simple: to hold, support, and nourish you.
That might look like:
Cooking warm, healing meals
Guiding you through feeding + newborn care
Supporting your emotional and physical recovery
Helping with light housework so you can actually rest

Phase two

Making it Official
If you decide to work with us, we’ll send through the simple paperwork and confirm the details for your postpartum planning session.

Phase three

Your Planning Session
This takes place while you’re still pregnant—whenever feels best for you. We can meet in your home or chat over the phone. If we meet in person, you’ll receive your welcome basket then; if not, Shanna will bring it along on your first visit after baby arrives.

Your Postpartum Care
Once your baby is here, we’ll lock in your six consecutive weeks of support. These can be on the same day each week or vary to suit your needs and availability.
